Strategic Client Management – Kelly Phillips Watson

She just started her business, Strategic Client Management, that specializes in customer relationship management. Although she works with businesses, she also works with non-profits as she was the former Executive Director of a Habitat for Humanities chapter in Texas where she moved from a few years ago.

Her passion is to help businesses (particularly non-profits) take care of the people they serve as well as helping them appreciate those that enable them to serve. She has an incredible heart to help her clients show their true inner qualities.
